The different flotation elements are made with high quality polyethylene, concrete and aluminium.
They are manufactured by roto-moulding and filled with 15 kg/m3 of expanded polystyrene, thus ensuring its insubmersibility. Their main advantages are, an easy installation and a low maintenance cost.
We offer a wide range of floats in order to adjust to any flotation type, including very low freeboards for kayaking.
These flotation elements have been patented by Astilleros Amilibia U. S.L. They have an exterior concrete housing which has been reinforced with different dimension polypropylene fibres. Its interior is filled with 15 kg/m3 of expanded polystyrene, to reduce its density.
Each float has M24 stainless steel rods at the ends, to provide an easy grip to the pontoon and to allow at the same time, an easy handling during the manufacturing and setting up operations.
There is a wide range of sizes, even very high freeboards for mega-yachts.
Special pontoons for rowing boats and kayaks
Marine aluminium sheet folded and welded in an Argon atmosphere and filled with 15 kg/m3 of expanded polystyrene. Its main feature is the freedom of dimensions in which they can be manufactured.
